We were excited to have bottled our first batch of the 375ml, on June 3rd, 2021, and it sold out on June 4th. This exquisite oil is made up of Napa local grown 50/50 Arbequina/Koroneiki/splash of Tuscan olives. The "Greek" just had to have that delicious Greek Koroneiki olive blended in there! We are so excited to have received our offical 100% Organic Seal. Our first batch sold out in 2021 before Christmas Sales. This delicious oil is a perfect gift to yourself and for others. Best for dipping, and finishing vs cooking, but hey we will not stop you from doing that either. Due to high costs going up everywhere on supply chain, we too had to up our prices. Hand made anything today, in the USA, is costly but the quality is worth it all.
After picking the olives by hand, in the grove, they are sorted, rinsed and then sent to a sharp bladed hammer-mill to be crushed. Next comes the malaxation process which stirs the olive paste for about a half an hour and allows the tiny droplets of oil to combine and become ready for separation from the solids and water. Moved along to a large horizontal centrifuge, the spinning drum separates the oil from the solid particles and most of the water. The last step is in another spinning machine which is vertical and allows only the finished oil to exit the spout. This deliciously cloudy oil is allowed to settle via gravity for a few weeks to obtain clarity prior to bottling. No heat, no pressure - just true Extra Virgin olive oil.

Her family originated from Kalamata, Greece with ancestry in Olive Oil Ranch production! You local "Napkins" may see her Olive Green car running around with that license plate, Kalmata! David Olander, our first Italian consultant, has been in the industry for 13 years in all aspects of it; harvesting, processing, marketing, sales, and now consulting with growers, processors, and agencies, such as the OOCC, COOC, AOCS, and AOOPA.
Tom Mainelli, our second Italian consultant has spent 24 years in the California olive oil industry, and has his own namesake brand - Mainelli Family Olive Oil. Tom started his career as the first Brand Manager for McEvoy Ranch Olive Oil and we are thrilled that he brought his skills to help launch Napa Olive Grove.
